Aditya Sardesai

Aditya Sardesai is a seasoned health economist with extensive experience in modeling and simulation within health economics outcomes research (HEOR) at Evidera since July 2016, progressing from Research Associate I to Senior Research Associate. Prior to this, Aditya gained practical experience as an Operations Research Intern at BNSF Railway and as an Operations Research Coop at Norfolk Southern Corporation, where skills in predictive analysis and simulation modeling were honed. Academic experience includes serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Clemson University in Probability and Statistics, along with a strong foundation in quality assurance and manufacturing engineering from internships at Gemsons Precision Engineering Pvt Ltd and Mahindra & Mahindra. Aditya holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University and a Bachelor's Degree in Production Engineering from Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues College of Engineering.
