Amy Spaisman

Amy Spaisman is an experienced professional in contract management and business development within the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Research Contracts at Vertex Pharmaceuticals since January 2017, Amy oversees the drafting and execution of complex contracts for early development projects. Previous roles at Vertex include Manager and Senior Specialist of Research Contracts, focusing on end-to-end contracting and the outsourcing process. Prior to Vertex, Amy worked as the Business Development Manager at Toxikon Corporation, generating significant revenue through pre-clinical toxicology and efficacy testing services.
