Corrie Aghia

Corrie Aghia has extensive experience in research and automation within pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Research Scientist at Vertex Pharmaceuticals since September 2018, Corrie Aghia also has a background as a Group Leader in Compound Management. Previous roles include Senior Bioautomation Engineer at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, along with an Automation Engineer position at ArQule focused on laboratory automation and equipment maintenance. Earlier experience includes managing a small-molecule compound library at the Broad Institute and conducting proteasome research at Boston University School of Medicine. Corrie Aghia holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University.
