Diana Cruz Solash

Diana Cruz Solash is an experienced leader in talent management and diversity, currently serving as Vice President of Talent and Inclusion, Diversity & Equity at Vertex Pharmaceuticals. Previously, Diana held the position of Vice President, Global Head of Inclusion, Talent & Community at Infor, which was acquired by Koch Industries. At EY, Diana advanced through various roles, including Director of Global and Americas Diversity & Inclusiveness and Northeast Leader of Organizational Development, Internal Communications & Community Engagement, as well as Assistant Director of Learning & Development. Earlier in their career, Diana was a Management Trainee at Blue Cross Blue Shield. Diana earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and is currently pursuing further education at Harvard University.
