Claire Ritter is an accomplished recruitment professional and consultant with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. As the Founder of Smart'up Search since July 2015, Claire specializes in advising clients on recruitment strategies and headhunting for executive and C-level positions, while also having expertise in employer branding and organization design. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Manager at Woodoo, Claire is focused on attracting talent for a mission-driven organization that aims to blend nature and technology. Additionally, Claire has held roles such as Associée at Time for the Planet, Co-founder and CMO at Skimlab, and Global Human Resources Business Partner at Liebherr Mining Equipment Co.
