Emanuel Timor joined Vertex in 1998 and possesses twenty years of experience working closely with start-ups. Emanuel is interested in start-ups in the fields of Enterprise, Cyber-Security, Automotive and Digital Health. Among his most recent successes, his investment in portfolio company Percello led to its profitable acquisition by Broadcom.
Emanuel sits on the board of directors of Innoviz, Cymulate, CodeFresh, Nucleai, Adaptive Shield , Atidot, Zencity and WireX.
Prior to joining Vertex, Emanuel was an articled apprentice at an Israeli law firm where he acquired expertise in IPOs and M&As. From 1992 to 1997, Emanuel was one of the leading financial journalists for Globes, Israel`s daily business newspaper. He covered the Israeli high-tech and venture capital industry.
Emanuel received a B.A. in Economics and an LL.B from Tel Aviv University, Israel.
