Khai Trinh

Khai Trinh has over two decades of experience in the field of IT, with roles ranging from QA Test Lead to Senior Technical Support Specialist Team Lead. Khai has demonstrated expertise in server and storage infrastructure, disaster recovery planning, database administration, and quality assurance. Throughout their career, Khai has shown a strong ability to design, implement, and optimize hardware and software systems, as well as manage various testing processes.

From 1994 to 1998, Khai Trinh attended Ryerson University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Applied Computer Science with a focus on Computer Science.
