Cindy Hannon has had extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 1999, they worked at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health as a Managing Director for the Harvard Prevention Research Center, where they played a crucial role in strategic planning and development. From 2007 to 2009, they served as the Managing Director for the UCLA/RAND Center for Adolescent Health Promotion Prevention Research Center and was responsible for supervision, budget management, and grant administration.

In 2009, Cindy moved to the University of Massachusetts Boston, where they worked as a Public Health Consultant and co-created the A+ health promotion quality improvement toolkit. Cindy managed fieldwork and collaborated with national YMCA afterschool personnel.

From 2010 to 2012, Cindy worked at DentaQuest as the Manager of Quality Improvement on national projects focusing on early childhood caries and dental disease management. Cindy developed measurement plans, coached teams, and reported data and progress to participating teams and management.

Cindy then joined NICHQ in 2012 as an Associate Project Director, leading obesity project collaboratives and providing project leadership and coaching to improvement teams.

From 2013 to 2019, Cindy returned to DentaQuest in various roles, including Director of Health Improvement and Measurement Systems Director. Cindy led efforts to build and implement a national quality improvement campaign in oral health care, monitoring progress and serving as a coach and problem solver.

In 2020, Cindy became a Health Care Consultant, utilizing their expertise in healthcare improvement methods.

Most recently, in 2021, they worked as an Associate at the Grand Teton Association and is currently the Grow Well Director at Vertical Harvest Farms, starting in 2022.

Throughout their career, Cindy has demonstrated strong leadership skills, expertise in improvement theory and methods, and a passion for promoting health and well-being in various settings.

Cindy Hannon has a Master's degree in Clinical/Medical Social Work from Boston College. Cindy also holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Providence College. However, the specific years of their education are not provided.
