Kelly has held various positions in different industries, excelling in roles related to human resources, marketing, brand management, and communications. Kelly has experience in collaborating with leadership teams to develop strategic plans and implementing standard operating procedures for recruitment, training, and professional development. Kelly has also demonstrated expertise in building and activating successful marketing plans to achieve financial and strategic objectives. Additionally, they have proven capabilities in managing social media, directing digital marketing campaigns, and overseeing internal and external communications activities. Throughout their career, they have focused on developing and promoting company culture, enhancing the employee experience, and strengthening business growth.

Kelly Carter has a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Organizational Behavior Studies from Arizona State University. Kelly also holds three certificates from Penn State University: one in Organizational Studies, one in Labor Studies and Employment Relations, and one in Digital Arts. Additionally, Kelly Carter became a Registered Yoga Teacher in 2015 after completing the EmbodiYoga program with Lisa Clark.
