Alaina Keys

Alaina Keys is a skilled product designer and developer with extensive experience in soft goods design, particularly in the outdoor industry. Currently, Alaina works at Industrial Alchemy, contributing to various design processes from market analysis to tech pack development. In addition to product design, Alaina serves as a Youth Team Coach and Instructor at Vertical World, Inc., focusing on indoor climbing skills and fostering a supportive environment for young climbers. Alaina has previous experience as a Product Design Contractor at Outdoor Research, where work included innovations in bivy sack and shelter design, and as a Senior Route Setter at the University of Washington's Crags Climbing Center, where initiatives promoted inclusivity in climbing. Alaina holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from the University of Washington and has a background in camp leadership at CuriOdyssey, emphasizing STEAM education for youth.
