Burns Beaver

Burns Beaver has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries.

Starting from 2016, Burns worked as an Account Associate at athenahealth until June 2017.

In 2017, Burns joined General Assembly where they first served as a Full Stack Web Development Student, completing a 12-week immersive course. Later, they transitioned into the role of a Web Development Immersive Instructional Associate, providing support to instructors and ensuring students received timely feedback.

From 2017 to 2019, Burns worked at The Home Depot as a Software Engineer, contributing to software development projects.

In 2019, Burns joined Radix Health as a Senior Product Engineer, where they played a key role in developing cutting-edge technologies to optimize patient access. They worked on the company's flagship product, DASH, which utilized advanced analytics and intelligent scheduling to improve capacity utilization and lower operating costs.

Following their time at Radix Health, Burns joined Stable Kernel in 2020 as a Software Engineering Manager. In this role, they managed software engineering projects and teams. Later, they transitioned into the position of Principal Engineer at Vertis in June 2022.

Burns Beaver attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2012 to 2016. Burns obtained a degree in Management and Society during their time at the university. In 2017, Burns enrolled in a short-term program at General Assembly to study Web Development.
