Giovanna Moschetto

Giovanna Moschetto is currently serving as Vice President and General Counsel at Vertiv Co since October 2016, actively contributing to the executive team for the EMEA region and advising on company strategy, particularly focusing on the reorganization related to the sale of the Network Power business to Platinum Equity. Prior to this role, Giovanna held the position of Senior Associate General Counsel at Emerson Network Power from January 2008 to October 2016, overseeing a team in the EMEA region and playing a key role in the divestment of the Network Power Division from Emerson Group. Giovanna's areas of expertise include commercial law, contract negotiation, intellectual property, and competition law. Educational qualifications include a Laurea in Giurisprudenza from Università di Parma and Avvocato d'Affari from Business School Midiform.
