Ken Kurahashi

Ken Kurahashi serves as the Head of Japan at Vertiv since May 2025, leading the company's market entry and growth strategy in Japan. Prior to this role, Ken held various leadership positions at Honeywell from September 2019 to April 2025, including Country Leader for Honeywell Building Automation Japan and General Manager for Honeywell Building Technologies Japan, where responsibilities encompassed operations management, executive relationship handling, and significant change initiatives. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Director at Japan Computer Vision Corp., where Ken managed a sales team and achieved revenue targets, and as Country Sales Manager for TE Connectivity's Appliances Business Unit. Ken holds an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Kobe City University of Foreign Studies.
