Andy West

Andy West is the current Head of Land and Planning at Verto. Prior to this, they held positions as Planning Manager at Linden Homes, Development Planner at Persimmon Homes, and Enforcement Planner at Dartmoor National Park Authority. Andy has also worked as an Enforcement Officer at East Devon District Council and Teignbridge District Council. Andy has over 14 years of experience in the planning and development industry.

Andy West completed a Master’s Degree in Land Use Planning and Management/Development at the University of Plymouth. Andy also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography from the same school. Their high school education was split between KEVICC, where they studied Geography, English Literature and Sociology, and KEVICC, where they focused on Mathematics, English (Lit & Lang), Double Science, Geography, Religious Studies and Graphic Products.

Andy West works with Joshua Carr - Finance Director, Dean Jobe - Commercial Director, and Adam Wright - Operations Director. and Lou Sheasby - Strategic Land Manager reports to Andy West. Andy West reports to Richard Pearce, Co-Founder.
