Nils Widal

Nils Widal is the CEO and Co-Founder of Medlify, where the focus is on developing an interoperable patient-centric DTC SaaS platform for virtual healthcare, emphasizing areas such as pharmacy fulfillment, telehealth, diagnostics, EHR, interoperability, and AI-driven clinical data insights since July 2022. In addition, Nils serves as CEO and Co-Founder of Vertrical, a digital health software services company established in Germany, which assists ambitious digital healthcare companies in deploying and scaling compliant health solutions since July 2020. Prior to these roles, Nils operated as a Senior Software Consultant at Freelancer.com from January 2010 to July 2020, providing expertise in software engineering and technology modernization for global firms, along with experience as a software developer from January 1994 to July 2015. Nils holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from both the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Dortmund and Griffith College Dublin.
