Gary O.

Gary O. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Gary is currently working as a Senior Full Stack Developer at Vertu Motors plc. Prior to this, they worked at Plaza Premium Group as a Technical Lead / Technical Business Analyst, where they led a transformation project, revamped and rearchitected systems, and managed DevOps tasks. Gary also worked as a Senior System Developer / Analyst at the same company, driving system renovation, integration, customization, and production support.

Before joining Plaza Premium Group, Gary O. was a Senior Full Stack Developer at One Financial Markets, where they led projects, managed offshore DevOps deliveries, and developed middleware for payment gateway and CRM applications. Gary also worked as a Senior Developer / Analyst (.NET) at Ricoh Hong Kong Limited, where they acted as a system analyst, handled project schedules and budgets, and developed middleware between corporate ERP and other applications.

In the early stages of their career, Gary O. held various roles as an Analyst Programmer at Pearson, EDPS LIMITED, Global Technology Integrator Ltd, Cream Associates Ltd, ARTECH CREATIVE PRODUCTION & PRINTING Ltd., and Beacon College.

Gary O. completed the Advanced Architecting on AWS program at Kornerstone in 2020. In the same year, they also acquired an Associate Architecting on AWS certification from the same institution. Prior to that, between 2004 and 2006, Gary earned a Higher National Diploma in Information Technology from HKU SPACE.
