Paul Whincup

Paul Whincup is an experienced automotive manager currently serving as the BMW & MINI Divisional Aftersales Manager and Group Support Service Manager at Vertu Motors plc since January 2023. Previously, Paul held the position of General Service Manager at Lloyd BMW from April 2015 to January 2023, managing a large service department and attaining accreditation as BMW Head of Business in October 2018. Before that, Paul worked as Aftersales Manager at Benfield Motor Group from February 2005 to April 2015, overseeing one of the largest Volkswagen service departments in the North East of England, focusing on team motivation and high customer satisfaction results.
