Artur Tsudzik

Artur Tsudzik has a diverse work experience in the customer support and project management fields. Artur is currently working at Verv as a Customer Support Team Lead. Prior to this, they served as a Project Manager at Cloudfresh ⛅ from September 2021 to November 2022. From February 2020 to September 2021, Artur worked as a Project Manager in the customer support field at Alfa-Bank Ukraine. Before that, they gained valuable experience as a Senior Customer Support Representative at Alfa-Bank (Belarus) from January 2018 to January 2020, where they focused on advising clients, managing social media channels, and resolving non-standard client situations.

From 2014 to 2019, Artur Tsudzik attended the International University "MITSO" and earned a Master's degree in Logistics, Material Supply, and Supply Chain Management.
