As head of operations at Verve, I'm responsible for an optimal internal workflow and a steady stream of new business.

Leading the project management team I oversee all the projects, from brand identity to website development, I work closely with the team to set up the right process and way of working for new assignments. I spend a lot of time getting to know clients, their needs, wishes, and challenges and advise them on the best way to reach their goals.

I keep a birds' eye view of capacity and planning and I manage the team leads to get the most out of their teams. I optimize processes to become more efficient as an agency while delivering high-end results.
