Simon Rutten has extensive work experience in the recruitment industry. Simon started their career as a Media Assistant at Network Ten in 2000. Simon then worked as a Media Planner/Buyer at MEC from 2001 to 2004. In 2004, they joined peoplefusion recruitment as a Para Consultant before moving to IPA in 2006 as a Consultant. From 2007 to 2019, Simon worked at Chandler Macleod Group, where they held various roles including Senior Consultant, Account Manager, and Manager of Specialist Recruitment. Since 2019, Simon has been working at Verve Partners, first as a Recruitment Director and currently as an Executive Director.
Simon Rutten attended St Francis Xavier's College from 1998 to 1999. During the same period, they also completed a Certificate III in Business Management at TAFE NSW, focusing on Business/Commerce, General. Simon later pursued further education at the University of Technology Sydney from 2000 to 2003. No specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.
