Alex Bush

Alex Bush currently holds the position of Executive Director of Regulatory Strategy at Verve Therapeutics, starting in September 2023. Prior to this role, Alex served as Senior Director of Regulatory Strategy at Sarepta Therapeutics from July 2018 to September 2023, where notable responsibilities included leading global regulatory efforts for the SRP-5051 DMD program and enhancing workplace culture initiatives. Alex's extensive regulatory experience includes director and associate director positions focusing on the strategy and execution of regulatory submissions across various therapeutic programs at companies such as Syros Pharmaceuticals and Bristol Myers Squibb. Alex earned a Master of Science in Chemical and Process Engineering from Universitat Rovira i Virgili and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Tufts University.
