Chelsey Jensen

Chelsey Jensen is the director, clinical operations at Verve Therapeutics. She has nearly 15 years of clinical operations experience across all phases of clinical research and spanning many therapeutic areas, with a focus in rare disease and cardiometabolic disorders. Prior to joining Verve, Chelsey provided clinical program oversight for several cardiovascular disease and rare disease development programs at Ionis Pharmaceuticals and Akcea Therapeutics. She began her career at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, where she was a key member of the study team, responsible for the clinical development, filing, and successful approval of a first in class cystic fibrosis drug. Chelsey received her B.S. in biochemistry and biophysics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY.
