Jay Leipheimer

Jay Leipheimer is a Scientist, RNA Technology at Verve Therapeutics, with a background in molecular biology and genetics. He received a Ph.D. from the University at Buffalo Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Science, exploring the role post-transcriptional regulation plays in a fungal pathogen’s ability to evade host immune destruction. Prior to joining Verve, Jay was a Postdoctoral Fellow at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine researching the dynamic interplay between mRNA decoding and turnover.
