Jill Wilson

Jill is the director, and human resources business partner at Verve Therapeutics. Jill started her career as a scientist doing pediatric vaccine research. Over time, she transitioned into the people side, where she has built HR functions in a start-up environment, led talent acquisition, and partnered with leaders and employees at all levels. She has spent her entire career in life sciences with companies like Eurofins, Arranta Bio, and most recently, Sirius Therapeutics. She has a B.S. in genetic engineering from Cedar Crest College and is a senior HR-certified professional through SHRM.
