Polina Anderson

Polina Anderson is a seasoned Product (UX/UI) Designer currently employed at Verve Ventures since October 2022 and serves as a Design Mentor at The Mentoring Club since January 2023, providing 1:1 mentorship to beginner designers. Previously, Polina gained valuable experience as a UX/UI Designer at ITC Engineering GmbH & Co. KG, focusing on digitalizing workflows in construction, and as a UX Designer and Researcher at twago - Team2Venture GmbH, where user research management was a key responsibility. Early career experience includes a UX/UI Designer role at labfolder GmbH and frontend development. Polina holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Technology from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences and has pursued additional professional education in User Experience and Interaction Design through the Interaction Design Foundation and online courses in UI Design.
