Steven Henderhan has extensive experience in end user services and technical support, having held various positions at Vervint, including End User Services Manager, End User Services Supervisor, and Managed Services Windows Server Technician. Prior roles also included Help Desk Contractor and Internal Support Intern at the same company. Steven began a career in retail and technology, working as a Computers and Technology Sales Associate at Grand Valley State University Bookstore, a Sales Associate at MC Sports, and a Pharmacy Technician Intern at CVS Pharmacy. Steven earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Management of Information Systems from Grand Valley State University between 2008 and 2013.
