Tamara Walston Iakiri has a strong background in talent management and recruitment. Tamara started their career at Gordon Food Service as a Staffing and Development Manager, where they handled employee recruitment and development. Tamara then joined Herman Miller as a Talent Acquisition Lead, where they provided recruitment strategies and support to the organization. After that, they worked as an Independent Recruiter at TI Search before joining Vervint as a Talent Manager. At Vervint, they were responsible for various talent-related disciplines, including recruitment, onboarding, retention, and employee development. Currently, they serve as the VP of Talent Experience at Vervint, leading a team focused on fostering productivity and engagement within the organization.
