Pravin Mahadik

CMA Pravin Mahadik has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. In 2005, they worked as an Accountant, Auditor, and Income Tax Assistant at S. N. Bhosale & Co. From 2008 to 2010, they served as an Accounts Officer at Avenue Supermarts Pvt. Ltd., where they managed daily financial transactions and assisted with accounting reconciliations. CMA Pravin then joined Kirtane & Pandit Chartered Accountants as an Asst. Manager, conducting excise and VAT reconciliations and performing payroll audits. In 2013, they became the Manager of Finance & Accounts at Webonise Lab, responsible for managing financial transactions and processing monthly salaries. Since 2017, they have been the Founder-Cost & Management Accountant at Pravin B Mahadik & Co., offering various services such as business start-up assistance, company incorporation, and foreign company set-ups in India. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at Vervotech.

CMA Pravin Mahadik obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law from Savitribai Phule Pune University, which they completed from 2022 to 2025. CMA Pravin also earned a Diploma in Forensic Audit with a focus on Financial Forensics and Fraud Investigation from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India in 2022-2023. Prior to that, they pursued ICWAI (Cost Accounting) from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India between 2011 and 2015. Pravin Mahadik holds a Master of Commerce (M. Com) degree in Commerce from Shivaji University, achieved from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, they completed a Diploma in Business Management (D.B.M.) in Management from Shivaji University from 2005 to 2006. CMA Pravin began their academic journey with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com) from Shivaji University, which they completed from 2003 to 2005.
