Lea Echelmeyer

Lea Echelmeyer is a dedicated researcher with extensive experience in academic and professional settings. Currently serving as a Research Staff member at both Verwey-Jonker Instituut and NSCR since January 2019, and simultaneously a PhD Candidate at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, Echelmeyer has a strong background in social psychology. Prior roles include Data Analyst at Motivaction International, Manager at Caffè Piccolo, and various research positions, including Research Intern and Research Assistant at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Echelmeyer holds a Master of Science in Social Psychology, earned cum laude from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, also graduated cum laude from the University of Twente. Additional experience includes tutoring and providing support to students with learning disabilities.
