Volodymyr Derba

Volodymyr Derba is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and engineering leadership, currently serving as the Global Support Engineering Leader at Very Good Security since March 2020. Previously, Volodymyr held the position of Head of the Technical Support Department at Webitel, where responsibilities included implementing the KCS methodology, developing customer request processing algorithms, and establishing motivation and development programs. Volodymyr's earlier roles included serving as a Technical Coach and Support Team Leader at ZoomSupport for Business, focusing on candidate interviews, employee training, and process automation. Volodymyr holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Lviv Polytechnic National University.
