Bhanu Pratap has a strong background in business operations and client services. Before VerzX, Bhanu worked as a Senior Manager of Operations & Client Delivery at Zintro, engaging with industry experts for project assistance. Bhanu also served as a Project Lead of Client Delivery at IMS People Possible, where they led recruitment processes and conducted industry research. Bhanu's early experience includes working as a Consultant of Client Services at TTEC.

Bhanu Pratap completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Gujarat Technological University (GTU) between 2009 and 2013.
