Dr. Pamela Bernards

Dr. Pamela Bernards is an experienced educator and consultant with a diverse background in teaching, instructional design, and professional development. Currently serving as a Teacher and Substitute Teacher at Arlington Public Schools since February 2022, Dr. Bernards specializes in classroom management and lesson adaptation. As an Independent Consultant for Spirit Seminars and Consulting since May 2022, Dr. Bernards focuses on executive coaching and training material development. Previous roles include Adjunct Faculty for Virtual Education Software, Director of Professional Development at the National Catholic Educational Association, and Principal at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic School. Dr. Bernards holds a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Professional Practice from Trevecca Nazarene University and has a strong history of enhancing educational practices through innovative curriculum development and professional training initiatives.
