Yashodhan Chinchore

Yashodhan Chinchore has a wealth of experience in the field of drug discovery. Starting in 2021, they have been working as the Associate Director of Drug Discovery at Vesigen Therapeutics, Inc. Prior to that, they were the Senior Scientist and Team Lead for Gene Therapy and RNA Homeostasis at Astellas Pharma US from 2019 to 2021. From 2010 to 2019, they were a Post-doctoral Fellow at Harvard Medical School. From 2003 to 2010, they were a Graduate Student at Dartmouth College. From 2002 to 2003, they were a Lecturer at Holkar Science College. Finally, from 2001 to 2002, they were a Biochemistry Research Fellow at the Indian Institute of Science.

Yashodhan Chinchore has a diverse educational background. Yashodhan earned a Ph.D in Molecular and Cellular Biology from Dartmouth College between 2003 and 2010. Yashodhan also attended The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in 2008 and completed the Business Bridge program. Prior to that, they earned an M.Sc in Biotechnology from Madurai Kamaraj University between 1999 and 2001. Finally, they hold a B.Sc in Chemistry, Microbiology, and Zoology from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya.
