Michelle Jennings

Michelle Jennings is an accomplished energy finance professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and corporate finance. Currently serving as the Vice President of Strategy & Planning at Vesper Energy since April 2024, Jennings previously held significant roles at Pattern Energy Group, including Director of Strategic Finance, where responsibilities included publishing a comprehensive 10-year strategic and financial plan and raising approximately $1 billion in equity capital. Earlier career positions include Senior Manager of Corporate Finance and Corporate Finance Associate/Manager, contributing to major financial initiatives and capital fundraising efforts. Jennings began their career in renewable energy with a rotational analyst program at SunEdison AG and gained engineering experience during co-op and internship positions at Siemens Energy. Jennings earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Florida State University and completed high school at Trinity Preparatory School.
