Rick Graves

Rick Graves is an experienced service technician currently working at Vessco, Inc. since July 2023. Prior to this role, Rick held various positions in wastewater management, including Water Resource Recovery Director for the City of Indianola from January 2023 to April 2023, and Water Pollution Control Superintendent for the same city from July 2015 to January 2023. Rick's experience also includes serving as Wastewater Superintendent at Management & Operational Resources from July 2004 to August 2015, and as Wastewater Supervisor in the City of Grinnell from June 2014 to July 2015. Additionally, Rick worked as Wastewater Superintendent for the City of Huxley from 2007 to 2014. Rick has demonstrated expertise in operating an anaerobic digester and supervising plant staff, and has played a key role in designing wastewater treatment systems. Rick graduated from Riceville High School.
