Yongsun Lee has worked as a software engineer since 2015. In 2015, they co-founded BAB LABS, Inc. where they designed and implemented the entire backend architecture including the data crawling system. In 2017, they joined Devsisters as a software engineer, where they worked for the mobile game platform (DevPlay) team, developing authn/authz, logging, monitoring, testing, deployment systems and other common features for mobile games. 용선 also built the platform web console and the API servers, and participated in the backend infrastructure design. In 2019, they worked as a software engineer at both Sendbird and AITRICS, where they built applications leveraging the research team's machine learning models, and designed a system architecture for handling continuous medical data input. In 2020, they co-founded VESSL AI as a software engineer.

Yongsun Lee attended Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology from 2011 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in School of Computing. In 2014, they participated in an exchange program at Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering.
