Beth Understahl

Beth Understahl is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as General Counsel at Vestar since March 2018, where Beth previously held the role of Associate General Counsel. Prior to Vestar, Beth practiced law as Counsel at Perkins Coie LLP from June 2010 to March 2018 and as an Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP from September 2006 to May 2010. Beth holds a Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law, obtained in 2006, as well as a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from UC Irvine (2000) and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Evansville (1996).
