Ganesan Nagaraj

Ganesan Nagaraj has extensive experience in operations management, quality assurance, and process improvement, primarily within Vestas since September 2007. Serving as Senior Director and Head of Operations for the Nacelle and Hub factory in Chennai, Ganesan collaborates across supply chain, procurement, and finance to enhance efficiency and localization. Previous roles at Vestas include oversight of quality initiatives throughout the APAC region and leadership in new product introduction engineering. Ganesan's earlier career includes leadership positions in quality and business excellence at TAFE and the Murugappa Group, along with foundational experience in quality control at TVS Motor Company. Ganesan holds a Master of Science in Manufacturing Management from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Master Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning.
