Iker de Loma-Osorio

Iker De Loma-Osorio is an experienced Data Scientist with a strong background in predictive maintenance solutions for wind turbines, currently contributing to Utopus Insights since April 2022. Iker has developed scalable Data Science pipelines, improved model performance, and promoted best coding practices. As a member of Nova Talent, Iker is part of a global network of high-potential individuals. Previous experience includes working at Siemens Gamesa and Smurfit Kappa, focusing on agile development and quality analysis, respectively. Iker also co-founded Sunnbrella, applying solar technology to innovative products. Iker holds multiple degrees in engineering, including a Master's in Electrical Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and a Bachelor's in Renewable Energy Engineering from Universidad del País Vasco.
