James Richardson

James Richardson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. James has held leadership positions in companies like Vestas, Baker Hughes, GE, and Novartis. At Vestas, they currently serve as the Vice President - Sales and Commercial Operations, overseeing sales growth and profitability for the North American business unit. At Baker Hughes, they held roles as the Senior Director of North American Commercial Operations and the Director of Global Sales, Strategy, and Risk, where they focused on increasing market share and revenue growth. During their time at GE, they served as the Director of Commercial Operations and Senior Project Manager for various departments, including Renewable Energy and Oil Field Equipment. Additionally, they have experience in sales and marketing in the pharmaceutical industry with Novartis. Prior to their corporate career, James served as an officer in the US Army and also gained experience in motorcycle sales and computer repair at Carolina Honda and Best Buy, respectively.
