Nireekshan S possesses extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Operational Readiness Lead and Team Leader at Vestas since January 2023. Prior to this role, Nireekshan held the position of Senior Manager at Ashok Leyland from May 2017 to January 2023, overseeing vehicle integration design and development of diesel and CNG trucks, and previously worked as Manager focused on vehicle integration research and development. Nireekshan also gained experience as Deputy Manager at VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd., where responsibilities included product strategy and planning, and as Assistant Manager at AMW Motors Ltd., supporting vehicle integration R&D. Nireekshan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy, obtained in 2011, and completed intermediate studies in M.P.C at Narayana Junior College, Nellore, from 2005 to 2007.
