Theresa Ammann

Theresa Ammann serves as the Head of Global Learning & Development and Head of Global Diversity, Equity Inclusion, and Belonging at Vestas. Previously, Theresa held roles as Chief Consultant and Senior Consultant at LIVING INSTITUTE and served as an Advisory Board Member for the Institut for Kultur og Samfund at Aarhus Universitet. Theresa's academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Human Security and a Master's degree in Human Security, both from Aarhus University, where Theresa also worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow and a PhD Fellow. Additionally, Theresa contributed as the Network Coordinator for the Gendering in Research Network at Aarhus University.
