Jack Tripp

Jack Tripp currently serves as an Equity Consultant at Vestd, where the focus is on creating equitable company share schemes that enhance loyalty, productivity, and performance. Additionally, Jack has been a Director at ESMI since September 2016, working to simplify and clarify personal insurance processes. Previously, Jack co-founded the Paradise Gardens Hydro & Urban Lifestyle Show, holding the roles of Co-Founder, Sales Director, and Business Development Manager from December 2020 to October 2022. Jack's educational background includes studies at Uppingham School, culminating in a BBC in Business Studies, History, and Philosophy.
