Tom Alcock

Tom Alcock is a UX Researcher at Vestd since September 2021, where responsibilities include developing UX Research best practices and managing the Customer Research Panel. Previously, Tom served as a Digital Graduate at BGL Group from September 2019 to September 2021, completing rotations in Product Management and UX Design & Research. Earlier experience includes roles as a Technical Analyst at Caterpillar Inc. during a placement year, a Kitchen Porter at La Marina Tapas Bar & Restaurant, and a Customer Service Advisor at B&Q. Tom holds a degree in Web Development from Loughborough University, complemented by A Levels in Information Technology, History, and Business Studies from Stratford upon Avon school sixth form.
