James DuMaine has had a long and varied career in the entertainment industry. James began their career in 1991 as a Regional Sales and Training representative for Ticketmaster, where they were responsible for managing the schedules of over 600 employees in the call center. In 1998, they moved to MARS Music as a Department Manager and Training Developer, where they were responsible for managing three retail departments and developing training programs for private lessons. In 2001, they joined Mediatech Institute as an Instructor, Course Writer, and Department Head, where they created and taught courses in music theory, music production, and sound design for music and film. In 2007, they founded DuMaine Street Enterprises Inc., where they acted as CEO and Owner, connecting sellers with investors of large scale projects. In 2009, they became a Television Producer for ION Media Networks, creating and producing a show called Rockside, as well as developing the sales force and designing sales training materials and programs. In 2010, they became a Television Producer for Rhythms Television, creating original theme music and show content. In 2012, they joined Vested Business Brokers as a Business Broker, assisting in the buying and selling of privately held businesses, and also joined The Movie Institute as a Movie Producer. Finally, in 2013, they joined WGA West as a Producer, producing a pilot show that was a combination of American Idol and The Apprentice. In 2014, they became the Owner of Fast Forward Workshops LLC.
James DuMaine received their Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) from The Art Institutes in 1994, having studied Music Video Business. James went on to receive their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) from McNeese State University in 1988, where they studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
