Dounia Wone

Dounia Wone is the current Chief Sustainability & Inclusion officer at Vestiaire Collective. Dounia has also previously served as the Cheffe de cabinet at Ville de Paris from January 2018 to March 2020, and as a Chargée de communication for the Groupe Écologiste at the Assemblée nationale from November 2015 to July 2016.

Dounia Wone has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, having worked on strategic communication initiatives for both a large municipality and a national parliamentary group. In their current role at Vestiaire Collective, they are responsible for leading the company's efforts to increase sustainability and inclusion across all facets of its operations.

Dounia Wone attended Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC), where they earned a Licence 2 in Langue, littérature et civilisations étrangères - Parcours anglophone.

They are on a team with Olaf Zschiedrich - CTO, Klemen Drole - Chief Technology, Product & Data Officer, and Fanny Moizant - Co-Founder & President. Dounia Wone reports to Maximilian Bittner, Chairman & CEO.
