Jorge Carlos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in user research and customer intelligence. Currently serving as User Research Lead at Vestiaire Collective and Customer Intelligence VP at NewData.Tech since 2023, Jorge also contributes as a Guest Lecturer at Porto Business School since 2015. Previously, Jorge held key positions at OLX Group, including Director and Head of Product Research for OLX Europe from 2017 to 2023, as well as Market Insights Manager at Daymon Worldwide from 2014 to 2017. Jorge's career began at GfK Metris as an Account Manager from 2005 to 2014. Jorge holds a Licenciatura in Psicologia Social e das Organização from the Faculdade de Psicologia e de Ciências da Educação da Universidade de Lisboa, completed in 2004.
