Betsy Vincent

Betsy Vincent has over 16 years of work experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Field Human Resources at Vestis Corporation since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Terminix as the Sr. Director, HR Business Partner from August 2018 to May 2023. Betsy has also held various roles at ServiceMaster, including Head of Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner, Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, Director of Talent Acquisition, and Talent Acquisition Manager, from 2012 to 2018. Before joining ServiceMaster, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Hostess Brands and as an Executive Recruiter at The Williams Company.
