Suwai Sonko

Suwai Sonko, MSc. MBA, is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles within notable organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources for Field Operations at Spectrum since November 2018, Suwai has progressively advanced through multiple HR leadership positions within the company. Additionally, Suwai is the Founder and Executive Director of Jileng Kunda Project, a nonprofit aimed at improving the lives of individuals in underdeveloped communities in The Gambia.
