Jan Erik Weinbach

Jan Erik Weinbach currently serves as a Board Member at XL-bygg Hundere since September 2021 and holds the position of Senior HR Advisor at Vestland fylkeskommune since January 2020. Weinbach has also accumulated extensive experience at Sogn og Fjordane fylkeskommune, where roles have included Rådgjevar, Senior HR Advisor, and HR Advisor since January 2007. Previous experience includes a trainee position at Vestlandsforsking from August 2005 to December 2006. Academically, Weinbach holds a Master’s degree and an MBA in Organizational Leadership, along with two Bachelor's degrees in Økonomi og IKT and Informasjonsteknolgi, prosjektledelse from Western Norway University of Applied Sciences, completing studies between 2000 and 2006.
